This is a great product. Closes tightly, does not leak a lot of air when new. Replaced the first one after several years of use, because the insulation around the door was damaged and air leaked. Easy to install. Our 6 cats have no problem using it.

Very easy to put in. Follow the simple instructions, use the template enclosed and badda-big. Kitty Konnection to the garage or poopy area. I have a fairly large cat and he zips right through. Especially like the 4 way locking door. Can't go wrong at this price. Good or better than most at higher prices. Super quick delivery. Thanks

This cat flap is very simple and easy to install. I needed a door so that our cat could get to the litter box, nothing fancy and this cat flap is perfect. It is installed on a storm door and I had no problems intstalling it.

Really perfectly crafted product. If your door is thicker than 1/2 inches, you will use your own longer screws. Not a big deal, just part of installation process (not my case, I have used original ones).

I have several of these doors and the company is a pleasure to talk to and buy from. When I get new kittens (I do fostering and rescues) I have to prop the flap open so they can get on the patio and of course I occasionally hit it and break it and then I call the company and order a new flap. Yes this product is fixable. The flap is the only part I have had break and my cats love using it. I have two of these and am getting a third one. It is easy to set the locks and I had bought a cheaper brand and am taking it out and tossing it because it is almost impossible to get the locks to line up. This product is great and made my life much simpler.
